Availability & Dispatch
Shipping Carriers
At Bingoaz, we partner with a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, and others. The selection of the carrier for your order is based on factors such as the destination and the specific item being shipped. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to change the carrier for individual orders. Our primary goal is to ensure timely delivery of your order, and we appreciate your understanding.
While Bingoaz is committed to peparing and shipping your orders on schedule, delays caused by carriers due to holidays, natural disasters (e.g., extreme weather conditions), or other unforeseen events are beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you and ensure your rights as a customer are upheld.
Business Days
A business day refers to any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or federal legal holidays. It excludes days when banking institutions are closed due to governmental mandates.
Processing Time
The time required to process your order and prepare it for shipping is typically 3-5 business days, depending on the product ordered.
Expected Delivery Date
Delivery dates are estimated based on the carrier’s provided timeframes (usually 12-17 business days). Please note that deliveries may occasionally exceed or fall short of these estimates due to holidays, severe weather, or other unexpected delays. All shipments include a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the number of items purchased.
Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping. However, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your order’s status. If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in to the “My Account” section on our website to view your recent orders. Please note that guest accounts do not have access to this feature.
Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within four days of the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order. However, we may request your assistance in verifying the shipping address or contacting your local post office to locate the order. If tracking information indicates the order was delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately for further support. For additional details, refer to our return policy.
Incorrect Address
If the recipient’s address was entered incorrectly, the customer is responsible. Returned packages are typically sent back to our facility. Once received, we will notify you and apply the following reshipping fees:
- $10 per item for U.S. orders.
- $30 per item for international orders.
- If the package is not returned to our facility, a new order must be placed to replace the original.
Returned to Sender
Orders may be returned to sender due to undeliverable addresses, being unclaimed at customs, or being refused by the recipient. When this happens, we will contact you to confirm how you’d like to proceed. Reshipping fees will apply for orders that were unclaimed, returned, or contained incorrect address information.
Delivered but Not Received
In rare cases where tracking shows a package as delivered but it is not received, please contact us immediately. This situation often arises when the package is left in an unexpected location. We recommend reaching out to the courier to inquire about additional delivery details (e.g., “left under table on back porch”). We will provide further assistance if the package cannot be located.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us a photo of the item at info@bingoaz.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item.
- For any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our support team at info@bingoaz.com. We are here to assist you!
FAQs
A client that’s unhappy for a reason is a problem, a client that’s unhappy though he or her can’t quite put a finger on it is worse. Chances are there wasn’t collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn’t a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.
It’s content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn’t have helped, won’t help now. It’s like saying you’re a bad designer, use less bold text, don’t use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that’s not all that it takes to get things back on track.
If that’s what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader. Rigid proponents of content strategy may shun the use of dummy copy but then designers might want to ask them to provide style sheets with the copy decks they supply that are in tune with the design direction they require.
